- The contest is open to customers who have purchased items from ITC QUICK ATTACH.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at time of contest entry.
- To enter, participants must share a photo or video of their new ITC QUICK ATTACH item on Facebook.
- The photo or video must be posted in a tractor related or outdoors related Facebook group or made as a public post on their individual Facebook page.
- Editing is allowed, but the submitted photo must still be an original creation of the participant.
- All entries must be submitted by the end of each calendar month.
- Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the theme.
- The decision of the judges (or community voting, if applicable) is final.
- One winner will be selected each month.
- The winner will receive a $100 store credit applied to their ITC QUICK ATTACH account.
- $100 store credit not redeemable for cash.
- If the winner does not have an existing account, ITC QUICK ATTACH will assist them in creating one to claim the prize.
- The store credit is valid for use on ITC QUICK ATTACH products and remains valid even when combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
- The store credit expires one year from the date of issuance.
- Winners will be notified via a direct message on Facebook within the first 7 days of the following month.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
NOTE: Be sure to check your message request or spam folder.
- By participating, entrants agree to allow ITC QUICK ATTACH to use their submitted photos for promotional purposes.
- Winners will be announced using their first name and last initial, along with their city and state, in ITC QUICK ATTACH's promotional materials.
- All submitted photos become the property of ITC QUICK ATTACH.
- Entries will be disqualified if they violate the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- Contain inappropriate or offensive content.
- Involve fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the contest.
- Do not meet the eligibility criteria, including the requirement to be at least 18 years old.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- The submitted photo is not original, i.e., if it is stolen, copied, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Entries will be disqualified if the submitted photo is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- ITC QUICK ATTACH reserves the right to disqualify any entry for reasons not listed here if deemed necessary.
- The ITC QUICK ATTACH Monthly Photo Contest will run indefinitely, and ITC QUICK ATTACH reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time.
